Mindful Yoga
This practice integrates the awareness of the mind, body and spirit through mindful breath work and physical movement
through yoga forms, ending with restorative deep relaxation.  This yoga practice is offered through the guiding framework of the Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga model.   Adapted for all abilities. 

Life coaching
Individual sessions are designed to help gain clarity while navigating life's complex journey.  This service is helpful for transitioning to new job or career, new relationships, and caregivers. 

Skillful Aging Guidance and End of Life Doula Services 
Skillful Aging services include assessment of needs, developing a customized plan that may include connecting with appropriate community resources, ongoing evaluation, working with adult children of aging parents for peace of mind.  These services target from resilient young old age  to slow decline to live a high quality life with integrity, contentment and happiness. 

End of Life Doula services include advanced care planning, consultation, family respite support, life review, legacy projects, sitting vigils, and grief support. 


Nature-based Individual Therapeutic Sessions or Day Retreats
Time for stepping into nature to practice mindfulness regularly or for a concentrated experience over a weekend,
allowing Nature to support you in your growth

Fees:
Meditation classes:  MBSR, iRest or Loving-Kindness are 1.5 hrs weekly for 8-weeks - Cost $120 
Mindful Yoga classes - 75 min classes - $20 per class
Life Coaching - $60 per hour
Aging Well and End of Life Doula Services - Initial 30 min complimentary consultation is offered to determine specific needs.  After the initial consultation, services can be contracted by the hour or by a comprehensive package plan

Nature-Based Day Retreats - These fees are determined by number in the group and length and format of the retreat.  


There are many ways you are invited to learn and practice mindfulness.  Small group classes, individual sessions, workshops and day-long retreats.  Consultation services are also available for those intending to bring mindfulness practices to their workplace or community.  All classes and sessions are custom designed, and held in contracted private spaces based on individual or group size and need.
