Co-Founder, Living Your True Nature
Mindfulness and the Natural World

Relationship with the Natural World is the foundation of all of my professional and personal work. One of my intentions is to facilitate opportunities for individuals to cultivate a sense of belonging, of self-awareness of body/mind/emotion, and of self-healing through relationship with the Natural World.

My intentions and hopes in facilitating both the physical forms and spiritual aspects of martial arts practices (Kung Fu, QiGong, Tai chi) in addition to yoga and meditation are to allow your experience in the practices to be directly applicable to navigating (and savoring!) day to day difficulties, joys, and paradoxes. I believe through dedicated practice in living mindfully, you can illuminate your awareness to habits of thinking, responding, and feeling that limit both inner and outer well-being.

Through these practices you will discover the natural capacities you have for resilience and effective decision-making in times of mundane or more intense experiences. Practicing in relationship with Nature allows you to recognize your own depth of beauty, important uniqueness, and your natural belonging.
