Loving-Kindness A meditation practice that helps with anxiety and fear involving the exploration of the four immeasurable qualities of loving-kindness, compassion, appreciative joy and equanimity.

Skillful Aging and End of Life Doula Services Skillful Aging services include assessment of needs, developing a customized plan that may include connecting with appropriate community resources, ongoing evaluation, working with adult children of aging parents for peace of mind. End of Life Doula services include advanced care planning, consultation, family respite support, life review, legacy projects, sitting vigils, and grief support.

There are many ways you are invited to learn and practice mindfulness. Small group classes, individual sessions, workshops and day-long retreats. Consultation services are also available for those intending to bring mindfulness practices to their workplace or community. All classes and sessions are custom designed, and held in contracted private spaces based on individual or group size and need.
